Designers that had no Sales or Presentation experience. Many of
the sites created looked and functioned properly yet they missed

At XCSO, we have been
busy revamping and updating these sites to work and deliver a

approach is due to Don North’s 20 years of experience in both
Sales and Marketing. He holds many awards and was the youngest
General Sales Manager for General Motors Canada at the age of 29!

front door. As an example, recently, we worked with Burrard
Acura. They had adequate traffic to their site (about 700 per
month) yet they lacked the calls to show it. From changing how
their site displayed both picture and product information, the
calls began to grow. We then concentrated on saturating the
web’s search engines so that they would dominate their category
of product line. As of January 2007, their calls have increased
350% and visits to the site increased by from 700 to an average
of 3400 per month!
